Roles inside the clinic
Every case has explicit allocations. Access, edit rights and supervisor sign-off follow the role.
Student
Open intake notes, draft documents, keep a reflection journal, submit work for supervisor review, contribute to community legal education.
Supervisor
Allocate and review cases, sign off artefacts, run case conferences, read shared reflections, escalate to faculty when needed.
Faculty Director

Confidentiality is the architecture
- Allocation-gated reads: only users assigned to a case can see its file.
- Supervisor-only writes: students propose, supervisors approve.
- Private document bucket: case files are stored privately and signed for delivery.
- Pseudonymised intake: client identities are kept out of the digital file by default.
